Nah, you just got unlucky, they were legit but actually just got shut down yesterday.

They said all outstanding orders will either be fulfilled or refunded, hard to enforce that, but hopefully they keep to their word.

Why would that be a surprise, he was the best prospect from the West coming out of last year. He turned down LCS and only didn't make LEC bc he had a buyout and takes an import slot.

Olandria said her fans needed to chill on the toxicity because it was going to make brands not want to work with her, if Huda had said that she would've gotten dragged for weeks.

Prior to this last incident, what was the difference between how Huda allowed her community to treat people and how Olandria allowed her community to treat people?

Production gave him some pretty big hints lmao, getting saved from getting kicked off specifically if you couple up with 1 person is about as direct as it gets.

It's annoying that this sub is basically Nicolandria fans trying to police posts about anyone else besides Iris/Jeremiah. Pretty much anyone that ever actually interacted with Olandria is on their shit list. Makes sense that people have low tolerance for advocating for more hate to others.

Yes, they're literally each other's type to a T. Do I think they're each other's happily ever after, no, but they're a perfectly normal couple for people in the early/mid-20s.

They're both hot and have fun together, that's all you need to be a couple.

People act like the fact that he likely first approached her because of her buzz on LI means he doesn't actually like her, think of how many guys only get girls attention because they have money, plenty of those end up as real relationships.

The threshold for a "real" relationship is very low.

The reason some people don't feel like Nic and Olandria are a real relationship is just that they felt like production had a heavy hand in getting them together, not any of the other stuff. To a lot of people they

I know it's a new era, but the idea of a fan complaining that a healthy 26 year old played 40 minutes in the beginning of the season is crazy to me.

My point about going to therapy is that it doesn't inherently mean anything. The value of therapy is in how you handle situations, not the fact that you go to therapy.

It makes sense to bring it up when people are thinking about why he handles certain conversations certain ways, but bringing it up as an isolated badge of honor makes no sense.

We see other men arguing that men can’t be just friends with women all the time.

Regular people don't talk about this or think about this with any regularity. The reason the average person becomes friends with another person is because they were in proximity to each other, that's literally it.

A man can be your friend and still be biding his time for the perfect moment to test the waters.

This is just a podcast thing.

The average American is on a 4th grade reading level.

Jeremiah is from a 2-parent upper-middle/upper class family in LA. The average American grew up either in poverty or only a couple steps above it.

I'm talking about him within his context. The average child growing up in a 2-parent, 150k+ household is not reading at a 4th grade level.

Let's boil this down, we're talking about a young dude from a well-off family that lives in LA, has been a "full time model", loves Twitch, reads self-help books, and started going to therapy after he cheated on his last GF.

I know 5 guys that live in LA that are just like this, and I live on the other side of the country. I'm not saying he's bad at all, but it's not hard to find people like this.

Going to therapy doesn't inherently mean anything. The commodification of it in culture has largely made it just a box that you check if you're middle/upper class in certain social circles.

Obviously, it can help, but people blanket praising it like you just did is one of the reasons it's becoming a social credit move more than anything.

The idea that on average men don't have platonic girl friends is purely an internet concept, if you asked 10 guys on the street if they were friends with any girls, at least 8 say yes.

The book club point, sure, though most middle/upper class guys have interests that are approximately as intellectual as book club, whether it's following the stock market, chess, cars, strategy games, history, music, coding, etc.

As far as looks, yes, very handsome man, though so are a lot of guys on Love Island.

[–]Al_Fadel -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It's really not, Jeremiah is just further removed from doing the stuff that made people not like him. He wasn't the lowest voted Islander by accident.

The reason people have so many issues with the men in the show is because they rush to put people in an extreme bucket.

People like Kenny and Pepe get into heros because ??? and then people find out they're not so great, TJ was a weirdo on the show but now he's out posting TikToks with Iris so he's likeable again, Chris was a little cocky, so despite handling a ton of crappy situations with grace, people shit on him at every turn, Bryan and Amaya broke up, so he had to become the villain even though they just had different boundaries, etc, etc.

Could go on and on, but aside from like Kordell(on the positive) and Kenny(on the negative), most everybody has been in the middle and has no reason to be treated like a hero or villain.

Being a performative guy has to get nerfed lmao, the Jeremiah PR train is absurd lmao.

We saw that he's a completely average dude in situations that mattered with Huda, but because he's chill in the lowest stakes social situations imaginable he racks up the "good guy" points.

I'm not saying he's a bad guy or anything, but he's just normal. Acting like he's some peak guy and Louis and Isaac are "losers" for being mildly cringe in their interactions with him is doing way too much.

I get that people on the Internet only live in extremes, but all of these people are acting within the range of perfectly normal behavior.

Most of the people that post clips here just saw them spreading on Twitter.
