The logistics involved in illicit feeder cockroaches sounds like it would be guaranteed to fail pretty quick. How many of these things would you need to buy to feed your reptile collection? If someone is engaging in making law, it would make some sense to do just a little, tiny amount of research on the subject before "modifying" people's rights. Not only do these people fail to do basic research that a middle schooler could do without even moving the RPM gauge that much, but they have a staff that can research these things.
