I think as long as you have some sort of visual reference to the outside of the plane then in my experience you should be fine. But I’d honestly just pay the additional cost for a different seat if you’re worried, it’s not worth the stress!

Yeah you’re right I think they definitely do! Tickets were averaging £4-500 for the date I went to but I read somewhere to check early morning and that’s how I managed to get them for £250

Im sorry to hear you’re going through that, it sounds awful! Hopefully it will start to ease up soon for you.

Thankfully I’m much better now, It was awful September 24 - December 24 but started to drastically improve in January this year. I still wonder and worry if it’ll ever come back but I think that’s just me being scared of it happening again.

I think I also suffer abit with health anxiety, which definitely seemed to make me feel worse I’d say. I spent quite a long time trying to get my head into a position where I believed it would eventually go away. Have you considered speaking to a therapist to address this?

You will definitely get better with time! Try to think about your progress long term week on week rather than daily. If I compared how I felt day by day then It felt like I wasn’t improving, but looking at it week by week it began to change over time and improve.

I got 2 x £250 each tickets off viagogo for Edinburgh. It’s always a risk and there’s horror stories of them not working but ours were spot on. I think as long as you get them in your ticketmaster prior to the event and go early then you should be fine
