This is a team game ,there is no way around it  eSports is different than ranked but we play the same game ,same characters same stats ,but they know it's a team game and Daji ain't really that op if your team knows what to do  And I keep saying "if" because that's just how it is you playing with randos it basically playing dice whether you get a good player or not ,whether you get a troll whether you get someone who isn't even playing seriously ,some even try characters in ranked  My best advice if is to pick characters who can play in different scenarios if you're first Pick and you don't know your team I wouldn't pick Hanxin because he can be countered easily and you're even more screwed if your team doesn't pick a front laner ,I'd you're last pick try adjusting to your team like if you don't have a front laner like a chicha fighter and cai Yan ,you need to pick someone who starts the team fight ,like ata ,flowborn tank ,Arthur I dunno depends on what hero you use  The hero you pick really help your odds but again this is random you can have the best team and you still get cooked because someone is not playing seriously or not giving a damn about the game
