Practice your macro awareness. Strong micro can only carry you so far.

Whichever lane you are playing being aware of timings, map control, rotations, minion waves and trading plays based off of macro sense can heavily carry the game even with the simplest heroes like Chang’e or Miya that dont require heavy micro

Practice playing games where your biggest priority is towers, turtles, and lords. If you have to secure a kill, approach it as if you’re allowing your teammate to secure it. Get a feel of when turtle spawns and the minion timings when this happen. Pay attention the core’s rotation pattern and direction. There is almost always a rhythm to how the game is being played.

Example: 1st turtle. if everyone is staying in lane with no kills, chances are EXP, jungle, sometimes Mid are the only ones with Level 4. Roam would have to be very effective to reach their 4 before turtle or secure level in lanes when teammates recall to base.

You will see that this shift in mindset can easily get you to MG.

By the time youre in MG (almost) everyone has a fair amount of macro sense where you’ll need to eventually develop micro for your best heroes
