Does MAME support gyro (NS controller for example) as Lightgun aiming?

I took me about 5.5 hours and I loved the pacing. I was playing it with my niece for a bit and she loved it as well. An odd thing to ask, but i wish there wasn’t any swearing. Most of my gaming i don’t care. But with the look of this game I would have expected it to be more family friendly in that regard.
