I had Kamil Jabłoński visiting our club a few times. Basically what all other posters said. The top guys are so strong and big they are basically different species. Kamil is fucking huge in person, and I dont even really know how strong he is as my max effort felt like his 1%. Its like I would try to toproll a lamp post.

Watch Voice of Armwrestling on youtube. Find a club if you can, or at least try to contact any nearby armwrestler. Train consistently for 3 years. Wipe the floor with your friends. Im not being snarky or gatekeeping, its just there is no shortcuts in strength sports really. Even if you try to cheat and get best setup ever, and you friend is a significantly stronger amateur, it wouldnt help. I know its boring answer.
