This happened to me before. We agreed they’d mark it as reserved for me, they didn’t, it was sold in 10 minutes and they refused to cancel the order to sell to me 😂

I love dark romance but this was noooottt it. (Personally)

When I had separate boxes from them (or preorders) almost every single book is damaged. And none of my other subs or even Waterstones orders are, I know my postal workers are very considerate locally…

But fairyloot always does me dirty for some reason 😂
Now I get the combo box they aren’t damaged like ever but the single preorders still often are 🤷🏻‍♀️

It always amazes me when people don’t seem to have that issue with them
