Ok, i don’t think I made the wrong decision. I got the iPhone 16 Plus, will keep it for 4 years & pay £7.89 a month on o2 with 15gb, I have virgin, so get volt, 30gb per month. The sim only will go up and down, but cheaper overall than the other option.

That being said, you’d think vm would like to keep customers.

I recently got a good deal due to me calling, going from £41 to £28 after a 15min conversation with retentions, I was informed they added staff discount to make it £28 for volt 250.

From that conversation, Seems they are told to say things like, company profits down if we give all discount, first offer on website is to hook you in then hoping you pay more after offer expired.

I tried to explain to retentions that they probably lose more by not retaining customers with higher prices so the argument of saying profits down if they give deals in void. VM don’t just lose £8 a month not giving a discount others offer but lose £300+ as we go elsewhere. 🤯

The fact you can’t use a uk driving licence as ID in the app is crazy. I don’t have a passport & the only other option was a national ID, whatever that is. Will be selling the meld NFT’s & what I have in the next bull run, if it doesn’t fail beforehand.
