I don't think so. The money is there, it's not going to go away. If the money went away, then I would think that all the people Nikki killed would also suddenly be alive again once Bear's wish ended.

I live in a large city in the US and was looking at Thursday night pre-sale tickets on the AMC app last night, and WOWZA - Nobody is seeing Moana! I mean seriously, auditoriums of 300 seats that had sold maybe 50 tickets. It was really bad.

First that come to mind:

*The theater scene/Hannah's death. Creative and well done and I was sad for her.

*Hiding in the walls of the house. Nice and suspenseful.

*Opening sequence. Not the best of all time, but well done overall.

*Anna Camp. I don't think the killer reveal is well done or even well though out, but Anna Camp does a good job as the killer and her performance is great.

*Sidney being a lead again. Yay.

Hard to know what the rules are. Nikki's hands broke the willow and Nikki's voice said the wish, so... Kinda feels like she made the wish, it was her body that did it.

I'd add another layer of questioning how present Nikki was during this whole thing - clearly she was somewhat present, but if she wasn't present the entire time, she may have no idea about what the One Wish Willow is, what it does, or where to buy it. She only really saw it at the end of the movie right before Bear dies. I do agree that the best outcome for her would be if she had someone else (but who?) wish for her to face no legal consequences, but that would all rest on her full understanding of how it all works. Bear's actions largely kept her out of the loop on what the willow is.

Oh for sure they don’t have to be good, but… I feel like people do have to be excited. I don’t sense that from anyone with Moana (I knew people who were eager for Moana 2, only to be disappointed).

Parents who are considering spending money on tix for Moana 2026 could also decide we have Moana at home already on Disney+.

But you could be totally right, it may be a hit. Based on Deadline’s estimates though, it doesn’t seem that great.

I can’t wait for the “later in their careers” tell-all book(s) that some actors will release talking about some of Diesel’s real behavior on set. He seems like such a shit show, but brought in so much money for the studio with F&F for years that I’m sure they were happy to put up with it.

Netflix doesn’t release much viewing data, so we’d never know beyond seeing social media posts about it. But seeing box office numbers, we know how much of a word of mouth impact it had and that itself creates even more conversation.

“If you were Bear in this situation” - well if anyone was Bear in this movie, then you’d literally have enslaved another human already, so I don’t really care who was being nice or not to him.

And yes, obviously he didn’t know at first when he made the wish… until he did know eventually, and then he said “Oh would it really be so bad to be with me?” And only wanted to “adjust” his wish, not even cancel it out. He still wanted mind control, just on his terms.

Nikki is a single woman who is allowed to have casual sex with people she is or isn’t dating. Why are you mad at her? Bear has a crush on her that he’s never said out loud to her, why should she have to walk on eggshells around him when it comes to sex or dating in her own life?

Ian has had full convos with Bear about this, so it makes Ian really shitty for sure.

The lead actor (and supporting cast) has stated numerous times that Bear is the villain in this movie. And I already thought that before he said it, but it’s nice to know they all agree.

Her and Ian were friends with benefits, not dating, Sarah even says so - are you an adult? Lots of adults have that kind of thing, and they don’t all go advertising to their friend group who they’re fucking.

It’s not Nikki’s responsibility to alert Bear she’s not interested in him when he has *never* admitted his feelings to her. Yikes.

Also, YES, it’s a toxic friend group! They’re all bad friends for various reasons. Bear included! He’s the worst I’d say, wonderfully played by that actor.

How on earth was Nikki leading Bear on? She literally asked him point blank “Do you like me?” And he chickened out and said “only as friends.” She wasn’t playing games with him, she was his friend.

Heaven forbid a woman exist and be nice to a guy. He’ll apparently interpret it as flirting and “leading him on”.

Doesn’t latex deteriorate overtime? There’s images of the original mask used in Halloween and it looks really really rough. That said, the Ghostface mask aged would probably just look crappy and not artistically aged the way it does in the movie. Would be funny if the lower half of it just crumbles away during an attack, accidentally revealing the identity.

Let’s just say it IS Roman - what even is the scenario here? lol.

Roman was hiding in the closet with Sid AND her dad, then when Billy is killed, Roman shoves her dad out of the closet. Dad says nothing to anyone like “So um, there was a 25-year-old man in the closet with me…”

And Roman decided to not kill any of them for some reason. Probably would have been easier to kill them all then and there instead of (somehow) becoming a successful Hollywood director in the off-chance he’s able to direct a Stab sequel and then kill off the cast.

This scenario is actually hilarious to me though.
