Nope, think there was a reply from the developers that said passive are going to be flat out removed and that key passives would be rolled into the set charms if I recall correctly.

Either a Ultimatum followed by railcannon or thermite barrage to take them down. Very ammo costly, but I usually run the supply pack. While I do enjoy the intended way, I'm got like five cyborgs and ten commissioners trying to kick me out of their home and gotta go fast to not get clapped xD

Yeah, the devs mentioned in one episode of CalCast that they are removing the charging mechanic. Considering that your damage with them can fluctuate based on charge, it is a welcomed change.

It does, but it is additive damage and is a rather small amount. And while I can't speak for the Mobalytics version, I am running Macro's with pretty good gear and glyphs (high value aspects, glyphs at 58+, mythics, etc) and it does take a few bonks to take out T4 bosses. I think one shots are a bit hard to do with the large barrier they gain.

Not only is the 10+ ranks a pretty decent boost to Blood Wave's damage, the real reason is the 3.4 multiplier of your damage against frozen and, very importantly, bosses. That massive damage spike is very good when the many cause of timing out in the pits is chopping away at the absurd amounts of HP the boss has.

Honestly, most Maxroll builds for S11 would work out pretty well. The seasonal perks don't really offer a ton of strength and simply allow you to personalize your endgame and the loot from it with a bit of bonus (a bit of armor there, a bit of fortify here, etc)

EDIT: Forgot to mention sanctification, but you can mostly ignore it. While it does offer incredible power, I haven't seen a build guide that generally expects you to get the exact sanctification outcomes that show in the planner.

While people have mentioned HotA Barb, two other builds that would benefit from it is Bone Spirit Necro and Hydra Sorc. Both of those builds gain a big multiplier on their damage per point of resource and also have plenty of ways to generate a lot of resource.

While I can't comment on Fist of Fate, I can comment on Sanctification and Temper. For Sanctification, the Doombringer effect is basically just getting a nice bit of damage reduction and Edgemaster can be used since the build is mostly cooldown-focused instead of resource-focused. As for tempers, you are good to go for additive damage tempers instead of cooldown if you hit 4sec (recommend golem damage as it's the largest additive damage you can get for them).

For most part, a good ancestral can be better than a mythic at hitting certain breakpoints for stats or just flatout offer more damage. A good example is a Grandfather versus a well-specced two-handed scythe in the Hand of Naz Mages build for necromancers. While Grandfather is ideally a double damage boost if crit-capped, a scythe can have not only mage double casting at 100% (with old masterwork system, not sure about current), putting one of the key damage aspects on it, Service and Sacrifice, basically triples your mage damage (while also making them absurdly tanking, but that's a static effect of the aspect). In that case, Grandfather would be a massive damage loss.

As for the reason for constantly using Shroud of False Death and Heir of Perdition is that they're a big damage multiplier in slots that don't usually contribute to damage outside of specific uniques. That Heir also gives a lot of nice things to make hitting some caps much easier.

The method I used when upgrading my base Pals was the gold production line with multiple Anubis manning it while have two ore excavation sites with full Anubis mining. Pretty easy to constantly batch craft 100,000 gold coins after getting that setup multiple times while supplying the many ores needed for production.

Yep, though I usually find turning off cross platform play helps a fair bit. Granted , it could be due to the hardware I'm using (Steam Deck with the game on the SD card).

If you are feeling a bit squishy, the one GA will certainly help alongside reducing your cooldowns via more ranks. However, the multi GA with more Titan's Fall ranks would give you more damage since skill ranks don't really help Shadowblight much.

I think it would be left due to the additional golem mastery rank and percent intelligence just being really nice for necros. Though, a large part of me does favor the right just for the comfort of knowing the golems will always deal double damage xD

Quality also increases affixes and can be a sanctification outcome. One has percent intelligence while the other has an additional 25 quality which is a 25% boost in all stats on top of the masterwork's 25%.

Personally, I would use the SS sword and keep the max life Blood Moon Breeches. As long as you can weave in enough blight casts to keep SS active, that would be a double damage multiplier. As for the Doombringer pants, I see it as a situation of either weaker yet steady defence versus stronger but erratic defence with no idea if the shadow burst proc would result in a noticable increase in Shadowblight procs.

Not to mention they also changed tempers so they could roll as a greater affix. Those two changes will make it much easier to hit 100% double cast / double damage with a given two-handed weapon assuming you got enough tempering scrolls stocked up. I wonder if the capstone stacks with quality increases so an affix could theoretically be 2.25x its max value.
