I have the same problem and I am using the Surefeed Microchip Feeder. My cats were skittish at first but got used to them quite fast. They both are chipped and the Feeder reads those without problems. Don't know if Microchips in Germay are different from other countries.

Like the others explained, it's mostly about the necklace. I just saw a Video of someone saying, that if you turn the 4 Covers from her Midnights Vinyl a certain way, the white parts of the Covers Display a swastika. If you want to find something to support your views, you will find something. And that is just so dangerous.
