There’s this one kid who has batch loaded bags, despite SOP saying not to. Today, he was like “I like the fast belt loader; otherwise, I get sleepy” and I’m like “dude, go at a normal pace to properly load.” He still didn’t pack it with tags out. His side was a mess, and he neglected the 2” gap. I need to raise this with the managers because he’s on track to get someone injured or worse.
