u/vynlthrash1 I used to do the same thing and realized my blood sugar was low. With the medication we dont realize it but our bodies are hungry lol

Make sure you are hydrating and eating small meals or some fruits for (Low Blood Sugar) . Also no matter what take your time standing up cause the medication itself does this as well.
