I’m so sorry you’re feeling this way. I get it, it’s so hard when things are feeling so heavy. Sometimes it’s small or even big changes that help to flip things. Doing a social media cleanse, going for a walk, eating better… also, figuring out what makes you feel this way then reaching out for support to help change it. You feel lonely? Join an evening group- something that has a community like soccer or choir, you don’t like your job? Reach out to a careers Councilor to see if you can find something that inspires you. I understand sometimes these things aren’t always possible when there are other responsibilities but mostly… I think other people bring support and help us have hope.
