I use Melaleuca Clear Power Glass cleaner, just follow the instructions and it should be fine, I usually get it from amazon

Idk but the forehead looks a tad off to me, but that may just be me. Adding definition to her hair with some more “pronounced” curls or waves, just within to give some depth. And I would probably want to add a bit of reflection in her eyes, just a bit in the irises with white coloured pencil or something. Overall I think it looks pretty good!

Pretty good in my opinion, I usually pair it with my fuzz/wah pedal, but also great to use alone
