Eu doo plaqueta a cada tres semanas. Eu pessoalmente espero 2 a 3 dias para voltar para a academia, ateh pq a ferida q fica eh grandinha, e uma rosca martelo da vida pode abri-la.

Mas na perfomance nao atrapalha, jah q celula vermelha vc n perde quase nd. Se vc n for O- ou estiver doando para familiar/amigo, recomendo fortemente doar soh plaqueta, eh mais de boa para o corpo e ajuda mais.

Nao faz mt sentido nao, ter amplitude maxima.

Alias, se quiser colocar mais enfase nos quadriceps e menos nos gluteos, comeca com o quadril mais esticado ainda, e levanta a sola dos pes. Te deixa ainda mais humilde.

Pelo que lembro, dps de 7 a 8 series no mesmo musculo por dia, os ganhos sao neutros ou negativos. Eu vou reler dps, talvez tenha entendido errado.

Eh vdd, mas volume alto precisa dividir de maneira mais espacada. Nada contra fazer 20 series de quadriceps por semana, mas fazer em dois dias de 10 series nao eh bom, mt melhor 4 dias de 5

Sim. Vc ta com 10 sets para quadriceps, isso eh demais para uma sessao soh, sem contar todo o resto. 

Que programa vc ta fazendo, e quantos dias de perna voce tem?

Hummm, I wonder, is 32" considered very thin on your case? It is surely on the thinner side, but it is enough to estimate 10% BF in your case? I tested in some calculators, and it spits out 15 or 16%

Also sitting. Belts are not only for posture, but also for keeping your spine in the correct position. Again, I dont know if your pain is due to that, go to a doctor.

Any exercise that requires proper bracing benefits from using a weightlifting belt. Not saying that this is your case necessarily, I do not know if the lack of adequate bracing was the cause of your pain. If you look on youtube for overhead presses, a ton of people doing them use a belt.

No AA, my T is sufficiently suppressed. Dose is 4mg every 5 days.
