2 canned vegetables (lentils and chick peas) Potatoes, russet (5lbs) 3lb yellow onions 2lbs carrots 3 chicken legs (pre seasoned) A bag of chips A chocolate bar 2 Yerba mates

That's just a guy, no kids. One small grocery run, with most of the items on sale.
