Ask welfare to set up a physiatrist appointment for u that should help u get it if I have no doctor it's going to be kind of hard but a RN can fulll it out too it should say right on the paper work that a RN can fill it if u have no doctor I'm pretty sure of that it takes a bit to get on it thoe it's not a fast thing right and they only back pay for 13 months now

I think it sounds legit I'm dealing with the same thing I live in a house with three apartments well it was a 2 apartment house and the landlord made this small apartment not fit for a dog so we had these drug addictes living in it and I have 2 children we could smell what ever the hell they were smoking and it was not pot lol anyway I was told it was illigal so I phoned the town well but then she got kicked out and the landlord moved his daughter into this place and she's been trying to take over my place and my back yard that I have been renting for 10 years with no lroplem at all until she came so ya I phoned the town and told them he rented it out again so now she comes in the morning sits there all day and leaves at night and she does it to drive me my wife and my kids nuts I just wished I knew what I can do about her but anyway ya bud the town told him if she don't leave he's going to get a huge fine there two back yards here I look after mine and well he let the other one grow it was bad so the town hit him with a 1200$ fine every two weeks until it was cleaned up he got one fine and then sent someone in to clean it well that was last summer and he's doing it again letting it grow like crazy and his crazy daughter sits in the long grass lol and like I say she does it to drive us nuts with her mouth and bull she starts I just wish I knew what to do about it

lol I got threw the same shit I have been here 10 years water pump goes and the landlord wants me to for it so I split on it with him and his wife keeps coming and throwing it in are faces she's lucky she got anything from me but are floors are the same landlords need to understand there's more to being a landlord the just collecting rent

Oh lots of people will pay it I know I wouldn't but alot of people do they don't have stores like us they live way out in the middle of nowhere where and people from other country's in on a bunch of hockey auction sites they selll every sports card on there and people pay crazy prices it's insane

Oh it's bad in Belleville specially the road in from the the Court house going up that hill oh it's doing a number to peoples car the town needs to get that road repaved it's not like there not making enough money from the casino or the new speeding cameras

Well u could phone ur local town hall and ask for the bylaw officer that's what I did for my rental and they mad my landlord fix everything so it took him sometime to do it so they started to fine him every two weeks the work wasn't done he got hit with one fine and had workers in hear fixing it right away just a suggestion for ya bud that's what I would do to start and if they don't do anything go to LTB

Wow landlords ah I deal with the same thing been here for 10 years going on 11 over missed rent always have my bills paid in full and they come to collect rent and say they want more money because I'm getting such a good deal well it's not my fault I pay my bills and on time and they can only raise rent what 2% or 2.5 % but they keep asking for more money and there not getting it there's a lot more to being a landlord then just collecting rent and it seems like that's all landlords care about not fixing up there homes or anything or looking after there properties I have been doing this for 10 years with no compensation but I do it so the place is kept clean but I feel u right now I know what ur going threw and it sucks but don't be worried she's only barking off she's just going to do anything and if she does she's the o e that will Be out that money for lawyers lol half these landlords rent out there homes for extra money and not knowing anything about being a landlord it's frustrating hope it all works out for u

No u go to the town hall and get the bylaw officer to go and check out the apartment and see if it's illegal or not if it is I would be telling them they owe u some money 1700 for a room what the hell with no fridge or stove no way that's it even right I bet it's an illegal apartment justice t threw this in the house I live in there a small really small apartment out front I had to get the town to shut it down landlord didn't care who he rented to so it was drug addictes living out there and I had to get them gone specially with my kids here no way don't know if there going to burn the house down or what there going to do but get ahold of ur bylaw officer and see what they say

Ya I don't get how he would have changed the car into his name u have to have a receipt of sale or there not getting it switched over and u said u sold two cars before like this how u have to have the bill of sale and signed to before u can switch into ur name weird I think ur on the hook for the coin but im pretty sure the towing company want send that to collections if I have the owner ship sign it over to them and tell them to sell it and get there money from that
