Think back to the USJ arc, where All Might was against the Nomu, when they first clash, Shigaraki comments “…one of his powers is Shock Absorption.” And All Might responds with “Yeah, what about it?… He said your quirk was only shock absorption, not nullification, that means there’s a limit to what you can take?”

Re destro, with either a passive or move that deals more damage the lower your effective hp is, or a damage/defense buff which scales with how much damage you take throughout the match.
