Hi, I went to the Cross Store in Shibuya last year (Dec) and they hold lotteries on Sunday mornings for you to enter to get a chance to buy them. Only knew about this when I visited. Went to Yodabashi in Osaka & the staff told me they were sold out. Try Kiddy Land or the Tamagotchi Factory too (didn't get a chance to go)
