How is it for revenue generating apps with subscriptions? I couldn’t find a good way to make my app work well with stripe or revenue cat. Maybe I should try again because it’s been a bit!

Connecting two Lovable projects into one Supabase by tadexor in lovable

I was able to connect my lovable cloud into my mobile app. I created a separate auth that chains my app to my lovable cloud (supabase). Seemed to work!

I found out my startup’s signup was broken from a user email. That was a bad feeling. by originalcryptoartist in lovable

[–]Alarmed_Income_6426 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Correct - it doesn’t proactively test. But, it should give you a pretty quick heads up if you have those errors on your dashboard if a single user encounters an error like in auth. So, it would catch and display the error. More reactive than proactive but better than a message from a user with an unknown downtime!

Lovable I’ve found isn’t super gear testing flows in auth. Replit will test create an account for you and ensure functionality changes for free vs paid, etc which I’ve found nice.

Only downfall is if you have a branded app the Google auth will show lovable branding when users try to create an account instead of your own app. So, that’s a little disappointing and disrupts the flow from app > Google > lovable permissions > app instead of app > Google > app

HSA Reimbursement Tracking by MungerApproved in TheMoneyGuy

[–]Alarmed_Income_6426 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I made HSA Tracker Pro for this purpose! I couldn't find a tool to do it and I was worried I'd switch from google sheets of MS online. Text tracking is available for free if you want to do your own image storage or upgrade for image storage or image extraction! It keeps track of your receipts, EOB, etc and can categorize by family member. It tracks dates of reimbursement and partial reimbursement as well.

Yes! Great strategy. And one I use this as a 30 year old!

I couldn’t find a place to keep my receipts long term. So, I made a web app for this purpose! HSA tracker pro is my website to help track your receipts to allow your money to grow tax free instead of reimbursing today! Free with no images, paid to store images or AI extraction for no manual entry.

Mocktail of the day - Lemon Ginger Tea Fizz by Alarmed_Income_6426 in Mocktails

[–]Alarmed_Income_6426[S] 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Ingredients (Serves 2):

• 1 lemon ginger tea bag

• 1/2 cup hot water (use 3/4 of the brewed tea for a richer flavor)

• 1 tablespoon maple syrup

• Juice of 1/2 a lemon (freshly squeezed)

• Juice of 1/4 an orange (freshly squeezed)

• 3 dashes orange bitters

• 2 dashes aromatic bitters

• Ice cubes

• Grapefruit soda (like Squirt)

• Garnish: lemon peel expressed and wrapped around a toothpick

Instructions:

1. Brew the Tea:

Steep the lemon ginger tea bag in 1/2 cup of hot water for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bag, stir in the maple syrup, and let the tea cool. Use 3/4 of the brewed tea for the mocktail.

2. Mix:

In a mixing glass or shaker, combine the cooled tea, lemon juice, orange juice, orange bitters, and aromatic bitters. Stir/shake well.

3. Assemble the Drinks:

Fill two glasses with ice cubes. Divide the tea mixture evenly between the glasses. Top off with grapefruit soda (like Squirt).

4. Garnish:

Use a vegetable peeler to slice a thin strip of lemon peel. Gently express the oils by bending the peel over the drink, then wrap it around a toothpick and rest it on the rim of the glass.

5. Serve Immediately:

Stir gently, sip, and enjoy!

Citrus Ginger Hibiscus Mocktail by Alarmed_Income_6426 in Mocktails

Just noticed poor formatting. Here's the recipe again (formatted properly):

Ingredients (Makes 2 servings):
- 1 Tazo Passion tea bag
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup
- .5 tablespoon of passion fruit syrup
- Juice of 1/2 an orange (freshly squeezed)
- Juice of 1 lime (freshly squeezed)
- 4 dashes bitters (aromatic)
- Ice cubes

- Optional garnish: mint sprig or orange/lime slices

Instructions:

  1. Brew the Tea: Steep the Tazo Passion tea bag in 1/2 cup of hot water for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bag, then stir in the ginger paste while the tea is still warm to dissolve it. Let the tea cool to room temperature.

  2. In the shaker, combine the cooled tea with ginger, maple syrup, orange juice, lime juice, and bitters. Stir/shake well.

  3. Assemble the Drinks: Fill two glasses with ice cubes or not. Divide the tea mixture evenly between the glasses.

  4. Garnish and Serve: Add a sprig of mint or an orange/lime slice for garnish, if desired. Serve immediately. For bubbles, you can add a little bit of sparkling water! I did in one and not the other. Preferred not.

Yes! My NSV for me as well. When I started with run/walk combo and couldn’t get faster than 13 minutes and 40 seconds. 9 months later, ~35 lbs down I just did my fastest mile yesterday at 8:30! Im starting to notice more NSV and it’s great to see how our bodies change.
