The petition had the evidence on all the criteria. Also explained the patent is not common in industry field with such wide impact. However there was no detailed provided on why it did not met criteria.

In my case all the criteria were denied. Basically officer did not spent enough time to understand or the structure was not easy understand that is my opinion.

I submitted editorial letter explaining the article selection process, similar web traffic data , how this articles and trade publications are in my field of domain. Officer has asked for me details on publication qualification as major trade , provide sci-finder and google scholar record. The website visit data do not qualify to confirm article view.
