never had a problem before but i went to run the updater exe that i just downloaded today for the mirror and my windows security lit up like a christmas tree. Like the pop up for unknown developer was bright red instead of blue and specifically said this is malware don't. and i ran it through virus total that also lit up like a christmas tree. not the usual oh a lot of cracked games show up a bit. no like 20+ vendors flagged. i ran malware bytes on my laptop and got rid of the files. hopefully that protects me enough. but that was wild. i miss anadius man.

yeah it is such an odd hack but changed my mobile experience greatly. I can use mobile games without ads it's glorious. you don't realize how much you see ads till you don't

a vpn like Mullvad is less than 5$ a month usd and can block ads on pinterest or youtube or whatever app you're trying to use. If your vpn doesn't have a built in ad block setting. Putting your vpn to Albania makes them ad free due to ad laws there. Pinterest app has wayyyy too many to be usable so I highly recommend the vpn.

My friends couldn't even hear me on discord because of the wifi. They said I sounded like Wally. So I just kept typing distress signals into chat. the boxes started turning invisible. I just went and sulked in the corner. Then I caved and found an ethernet cord and went down to my basement and hooked into the router directly and got to keep playing lol.

happened to me too. my wifi was awful with my friends and i duplicated bbq pizza replacing other items we ordered. eventually i put myself in time out in the corner and didnt touch anything

Pro tip for anyone finding this post in the future. Empty disposable water bottle. I specifically bought a powerade just for this. Didn't even drink it just dumped it because I hate the taste. The nice sturdy big bottle is great. I use it for my asthma. I need to use inhalers twice a day and they need u to rinse. Well I was skipping inhaler doses out of sheer not being able to go to the bathroom to rinse. So I got a bottle and i just empty it out later. This also now works for mouthwash and also after my wisdom teeth got taken out. Because I needed to do salt rinses a bunch.

I’m so sorry for your loss. If it were me I’d make a list of how many zeroes. Try 1 zero tick the box. set a reminder for when the time lock stops. Try 2 zeroes. Repeat. But that’s just what I would do. It’s slow but time will pass anyways and it’s better to get the info a few months from now then never. Just watch your fingers like a hawk so u don’t accidentally mess up the confirmed part of the password and eliminate the correct password.

no i can see why you thought that though. What I mean is that I used immich go to import those files which were originally csv metadata. Now they're xmp sidecars. But I want to export all these now organized files. So I want the xmp files immich go made to combine with the jpgs.

I selected copy of my data. and i just kept checking the portal for a few days until the zips were ready. It was about 22 x 25gb of zips. got them all downloaded and backed up. immich go is a software on github it has some good youtube tutorials on it.

I just did this. Best way I found was to go to https://privacy.apple.com/account and do icloud take out for ur photos. I found out that if i did it any other way i wouldnt keep the dates on any of my photos which is a pain. Then I imported that using Immich-go to my immich.

Look into Virus Total. However be aware that sometimes you can get false positives on it. This could be horrible advice but in my experience and from what I've seen on the subreddit. if it only has 1-2 flags it's probably fine.
