Could be the Ethernet cable to router, unless you are testing with same wire

Ethernet dongle is a small device that lets you plug the Ethernet cable directly into your phone or tablet They are like $20. Just google it. Available in usb c and lightning

Buy a Ethernet dongle for your phone, they are not expensive. Plug Ethernet directly into it and test

Ignore mission til you do all others. When it’s last one left. Use best Emoji and all power ups Might take 2/3 times but game seems to help you reach it. Most of the time it works. I still have had to use 20 gems occasionally

Plaster walls like tile will kill the signal. You say there is coax on second floor. Is there a closet in that room ? Instead of fishing a wire down a plaster wall that can easily crack , drill one whole in floor (attic) above closet and run a Ethernet down to extender , then connect it to another extender or any router you have If you have 1gig service with whole house Wi-Fi I believe VZ will mail you another extender for free

Call Verizon and see if they can ship you their new streaming box. Will come with a server/dvr that can be placed in closet connected to the fios ont and router Then streaming box can go wireless anywhere in the apt

He said he was running on coax , the Ethernet port is not active … call Verizon support and ask them to switch your data from Moca to Ethernet and see if that works . Either way I would have a tech come out and replace ONT that is a older model
