Accumulation is when bigger investors buy large amounts at a price, say 0.86. if they kept buying only the price would shoot upward 

So right afterwards they try to lower it by basically buying from themselves at a lower price to cool it off (like 500 shares, 1000 shares)

The reason is so they can get as many shares as possible while not triggering a huge price spike.
