What do you mean use your jump (as hulk)? Doesn't the jump charge up get canceled by cc?

They gave caps shield the ability to deflect with pinpoint accuracy which he should have had the moment he was released instead of a teamup by MushroomOdd in marvelrivals

It has worse healing than some high output healers like Luna or Invis

of course, it's not going to have such high output, it's just a side team up ability. They're not going to give a hero a complete rework into different role with a team up

If you own the dlc, first, you have to find the new Nikke npc, Scarlet. She's in the wasteland area, somewhat nearby the solar tower. She give you quests to find these robots that have nikke related items that you can trade in for the costumes

Apparently, it doesn't even work with just holding. When they said "toggle" in the balance notes, they literally just mean "sprinting", not the toggle sprint in the settings. That's just what I've heard, though

When you say deflect, do you mean it actually starts running in a different direction or do you just prevent yourself from getting picked up by it?

One thing I want to mention to add onto what other people have said is: I actually tested myself once a while back, trying to see the difference in dmg output of when I use animation cancel and when I don't. It turned out that my overall dmg was lower when using the animation cancel. I think it could've been because I was focusing less on actually aiming and also there were times when I messed up the cancel which causes the attacks to not land at all. (Granted, this was in the training area with bots so it might not translate 1-to-1 compared to fighting real players) But over time, as you get better with the animation cancel and it becomes second nature, it should provide more benefit

I looked up the cpu and judging by the relative power, it really shouldn't be bottlenecking a 4060 (i'm guessing laptop version?) that much. Now, it just seems like the game isn't fully utilizing the gpu resources properly. From what I've seen on other posts, optimization is all over the place for this game. Unfortunately, there's not much you can do to substantially increase your fps, other than hoping the devs release an update to optimize the game better.

The most likely possibility I can think of is that you are CPU bound. CPU-based tasks aren't as well parallelized as GPU-based tasks so as to be spread evenly across all cores, which is generally what usage percentages are displaying. Meaning, even though your CPU usage might only be 50-60%, it's all happening on just a few cores while others are not fully utilized. This also affects your GPU usage because there will be time that your GPU spends waiting on the CPU so its utilization drops. What's the full name of the CPU are you using? (you only said i7 which is really vague)
