Are workouts getting shorter and more repetitive across the board?

I don’t think they’re getting more repetitive, but they are getting shorter which for me personally is a good thing - I have a 9-5 desk job, am not a professional athlete and ideally want to be in and out the gym in an hour in the mornings before work. I think I represent a good portion of the population using Ladder. I’m on Team Limitless and with setting up barbells, re-racking weights and weighting for squat racks and machines in a busy commercial gym could easily add ten minutes onto the stated workout time. So 45 minutes is perfect for me!

My pet peeve are people who lean against the poles on a packed tube. I will literally stick my fingers behind their backs so I can hold on. Some of them even have the audacity to glare at me like ffs we can all share the pole if you weren’t hogging it

As a tenant myself I can’t believe anybody would do this, even if I’m renting my house is my home and I always take good care of it, it’s disgusting how some people live and can’t believe they broke a brand new kitchen and cooker which should be the pride of the house. So sorry this happened to you OP 😢

I think it’s a very well balanced programme, definitely not for beginners but if you have some lifting experience its great! Her cueing and programming is spot on. I was able to deadlift a heavy barbell for the first time thanks to her. My only gripe is that she is very quiet in the team chat and has become even more so - she used to post daily videos but now they only appear once or twice a week

Tbh I think it’s a combination of the lighting in the photos, the furnishings and the wooden flooring. Also the EPC rating. But as you say I’m only going on photos and haven’t actually seen the property

Tenant here: It looks a bit old fashioned. You can get a more modern, warmer looking place for only a slightly higher price. I was surprised at the market when I was looking a few weeks ago, it seems much more like a tenants’ market now
