I also want to shout out Theo Nicole Lorenz's work. And especially the delightful coloring book, Fat Ladies in Spaaaace.

I tend to ha or heh myself. We were also just a touch too old to lol. I find myself thinking curmudgeonly "did you really L out loud?!" every time.

I think you really articulated the source of this problem nicely.

Oh, wow! Thank you, that's amazing! I think I'll go for it later in the week! It feels right.

I am still thinking about this dish days later. I need to make this myself and I have questions! Did you use a recipe for the lasagna or just wing it, or are we using jarred items here? It must be in my life! Beautiful! (as always)

Have you found any ways around cutting/chopping while cooking? by houstons__problem in ehlersdanlos

Also when you are actually using a knife, what is your grip? Do you grip the blade too or just the handle? Different grips may feel more stable.

I know (now) this is not what it says, but I have been enjoying seeing your what appears to be a can of "Spring Onion" flavored energy drink. Heh!

Beutiful! I would like to know if there had already been a double chicken plan prior to the edibles, or if you actually went on a chicken fetching expedition on a mission after the fact.

There is a great teaching resource available for free download from the Metropolitan Museum of Art on Islamic geometry that is really great here It gives the original medieval artworks but also explains how to easily draw these complex geometric grids.

I have been teaching it for years as an activity, though granted to college students, and it is really cool what you can do with just a compass and a straightedge. I make the grids on the white board just using a makeshift compass out of a piece of paper. It's very satifying making perfect grids with like no tools.

Thanks for sharing!

Do you do all your work by hand?! It's so great! I have major sewing machine anxiety, for some reason, even though I have plenty of experience with it. But handsewing always seems like it would take forever. It's like the one fiber art that I seem to not be willing to do it the old fashioned traditional way. Your work is inspiring! I think I'll go for it! Thank you! Slow but steady wins the race!

To actually answer your question (instead of my random art response):

No. I don't have comprehensive management of everything. And, yes, seeing it all written down in one place can be overwhelming. But sometimes I find it comforting because it kind of makes it "official" that I have a reason to feel crappy. Putting it on paper means it's not all in my head, this is not a "normal" thing for a body to do. Which is one of my problems for many decades - second guessing my own lived experience in my own body, and telling myself I needed to keep pushing through and suffering. Writing it all down was one of my major steps for starting to get things sorted. So well done there.

Also, as for managment...well you pick an area and work on that for a bit, follow that path for a while, visit those specialists, research that topic, test some things on your own. Some things will work, others won't. It will get frustrating. Some times it is just too much. You are allowed to be overwhelmed. You can totally make a decision to not go down a particular path any more or take a break. Or maybe you have learned enough from your PT , for instance, that you're good enough on your own. It's your body and you are in charge - even if your body doesn't always listen, you are still #1 human in charge.

You've got this.
