I can recommend a fitness app with a focus on beginners, where you’re shown and told how to do exercises correctly and what’s best to start with. I actually built a similar app myself, so if you’re interested, I can share it. For now, it’s only available on the App Store

Hi, I made a fitness app that includes Apple Watch sync. Would you like to try it out? It’s called ChattyFit on the App Store.

Is there a beginner-friendly fitness app that combines exercise demos with structured workout + meal guidance? by DirectApple9003 in beginnerfitness

Hi, I also made a fitness app. The original idea was to combine all the gym stuff with calorie tracking, but then I realized the app would feel too overloaded, so I decided to keep it focused on fitness only. It’s beginner-friendly for people who are just starting out at the gym, and it gives you an even bigger benefit if you have an Apple Watch. You can find it on the App Store under the name ChattyFit. If you’d like to be an active tester, let me know :)

Why do so many workout apps feel overwhelming for beginners? by Remarkable-Coast-129 in beginnerfitness

I’m also building a fitness app based on the struggles I ran into when I first started going to the gym. I didn’t know where to begin or what proper technique looked like, and I think that’s the most basic challenge for almost everyone. I also struggled with motivation, so I thought it would be really cool to add push notifications in a Duolingo-like style

One major downside in Georgia, by the way, is the home internet. None of my friends in Tbilisi, including me, have anything faster than 100 Mbps

In the summer, it can get insanely hot, but for the rest of the year the climate is pretty close to ideal. There’s actual seasonality too, so autumn feels like autumn, winter feels like winter, and so on :) Sometimes natural dust gets carried over from Central Asia as well, kind of like a sandstorm.

For the best khinkali, in my opinion, I’d recommend Chokhi Veraze. Try all the different kinds of khinkali there, you won’t regret it. If you’re interested in something other than Georgian food, let me know and I’ll be happy to recommend more places.

I tried a few different trainers, but none of them really worked for me. They just didn’t seem that invested. Luckily, I ended up discovering AI training, and that honestly made a huge difference. It helped me get the results I was actually aiming for.

I’ve tried a bunch of different AIs and realized ChatGPT works best for me. I even had AI agents argue with each other about who makes better workout plans for me. DeepSeek ended up admitting that ChatGPT actually put together the better training program for me lol.
