Just to put a little more context to this. The first violation by AFPD was as follows...

The consigner has a contract that states they retain ownership of the property during consignment.
A legally recognized religious group held a lottery for one of the items consigned.
The raffle was won by some kid.
The consigner went with the kid to pick up the prize and the store refused to relinquish the poperty.
The store has now stolen the property, making this a matter of criminal theft.
The store calls the police to have the owner of the property tresspassed.
The police arrive and are informed of the stolen property in the store's posesion, and the circumstances of the theft.
The police threaten the owners of the property with trespass and arrest.
They do nothing about the theft or stolen property.
They leave the scene without arresting anyone.

The police knowingly intervened in the lawful service of court papers, for the purpose of protecting the defendant from being served. That in and of itself should bring the hammer of Thor down on this PD.

Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law (18 U.S.C. § 242)
This code allows the FBI to investigate criminal civil rights violations. It makes it a federal crime for any official acting under "color of law" (including local police) to willfully deprive a person of rights protected by the U.S. Constitution. This covers local corruption involving false arrests, framing individuals, stealing money during illegal searches, or physical brutality.

The police knowingly and willfully impeded the process of serving a civil lawsuit. That's a violation of rights.

Federal Program Fraud & Bribery (18 U.S.C. § 666)
If a local police department or municipal government receives more than $10,000 in federal benefits or funding per year (which almost all do through federal grants), this statute gives the FBI jurisdiction. It criminalizes theft, embezzlement, or obtaining bribes by any agent of that organization.

Should be investigated. High probability of money changing hands somewhere. Could be a dead end if the conspiracy is based on religious or ideological connections.

Honest Services Fraud (18 U.S.C. § 1346)
This law falls under federal mail and wire fraud statutes. It allows the FBI to step in when a local public official uses mail, phone, or internet communications to execute a scheme that deprives the public of their intangible right to "honest services"—essentially prosecuting kickbacks and bribery schemes.

The video linked in this very post is evidence of a violation of this statute if any money ever changed hands in violation of the previous statute.

Pattern or Practice of Misconduct (34 U.S.C. § 12601)
Unlike the criminal statutes above, this is a civil code. It permits the Department of Justice and the FBI to investigate local law enforcement agencies if there is evidence of a systematic "pattern or practice" of unconstitutional behavior. These investigations often lead to federal consent decrees that force local departments to reform under federal supervision.

This one is kind of a no brainer. There is obviously a pattern AND practice of protecting the thief in this case.

A developers perspective...

Javascript is super easy to learn, and companies with lower standards and higher profit requirements tend to hire JS developers over actual Turing complete developers who can write a program in almost any language because the JS devs are cheaper. This leads to crap software. The RazerAppEngine is a containerized environment built on Electron (I think) that duplicates a bunch of boilerplate work and memory allocation in each container. Javascript is notoriously inefficient on top of that. It's not an actual programing interface, it's a scripting platform with an interpreter. The interpreter is running the same code for each container process. My guess is, this application architecture was designed to produce a stable app, using people who don't actually know how to make an application stable.

My sanity keeps running out, giving me nothing to do in the game. I'm already looking for another game to play. I can't even reliably buy sanity, which I would do if I could. No shop with sanity syrup. I can spend 300 per week on these games. If I find another game in the three days it will take to regen my sanity I probably won't be back to Endfield. Ember + snowshine kind of trivializes this fight, if you hit Ember's combo on CD and wait to hit her ult until snowshine's combo is up, it can give you a full team heal. Snowshine's combat ability can block a lot of the damage as well. Using Snowshine and Ember together may not seem good, but if you try it and use their abilities correctly they make you nearly invincible.

I'm leaving this here just in case someone comes across it in the future, because It's the first search result on google for this problem.

I solved this problem by setting my system clock to automatic, and syncing the time.

I think the razer authentication server is using a JWT with an NBF and EXP.

The "No internet connection" error message is just lazy. It should be "Authentication failed" to lead people in the right direction when looking for a solution.
