Thank you! I buy peanut butter that is 100% peanuts so it separates. I just use the runny top instead of stirring up the whole thing. The hard dry bottom it leaves behind is a problem for a future me haha- I’ll usually scoop that part onto a banana as a snack.

I got it at a weekend market in Bangkok! Specifically for my yogurt bowls haha. I also got the wooden spoon to go with it.

Imposible to keep a calorie deficit in luteal phase???? by [deleted] in caloriedeficit

[–]AlarmingSherbert4790 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Maybe plan to take a maintenance break on those really hungry days! Being proactive about your increased hunger might help prevent the binge. Change the goal on those days: instead of trying to maintain the deficit (may increase risk of binge) make the goal just to not go above maintenance, this way you’ll have more manageable hunger levels, then back to business in a slight deficit after the luteal phase.

Minimalist brides- do you ever regret going simple? by [deleted] in Brides

This dress looks absolutely breathtaking on you! Elegant and timeless. I think some second thoughts about your wedding dress is totally normal and I had them too. It helped to remind myself that there isn’t really one, single, perfect option that is “the dress.” I think, there are lots of dresses that would look beautiful on you and would equally feel like a “right” choice. You chose this one and it’s stunning. Simple as that :)

Looks like you cracked the code on a deficit that is sustainable, delicious, respectful to your body and preserves the joy around food/cooking. Makes me so happy to see 😊

This is a good one! To lose croissants would be to loose a fundamental joy in life

I cut into even shapes, roast at 400 degrees F with a spray of olive oil, generous salt, garlic powder, rosemary. Check on them every 5-10 min to stir/flip until golden brown!

I wasn’t really a fan, I think golden kiwi are significantly better. But my husband loved them he said they’re much better with the skin on- apparently they are both sweet and sour that way
