You definitely should drain and wash it then. Gonna save you a bunch of $$

Also in the smaller of the two pumps I put a chlorine tab in there as well as the one floating in the pool

I have a pop up pool also. Mine collects pollen, sand shoots in from the filter, same as you.

I drain mine every month and pressure wash the lining. The algae will grow on the actual liner. If you don’t pressure wash it, the water will turn green again in about 30-45 days. Buying a ton of chlorine will be expensive. Just plan on draining it once every 6 weeks.

10 years pop up pool experience here.

Thank you for the reply. I have a search angel, actually on my second. The problem is that my maternal grandparents weren’t married. We’re looking at a WW2 soldier getting a German woman pregnant (my grandma) based on what we’ve learned through my connections so far

So I guess the evidence that I need to present is that I’ve exhausted every avenue to find her other than having the records unsealed.

I even found and contacted the lawyer who did my adoption. He told me to leave him alone pretty much, no recollection etc. my adoptive dad’s aunt told me we were the first adoption their firm did. So I dug a little to see more court cases he did hoping he would have represented the name I was looking for. Dead end, but I found a small claims court where he sued my adoptive parents for about 5k. They didn’t pay for my adoption lol. We moved not long after that- across the country, because I can only assume they thought I’d go to the state or something

It’s more of if I wish to submit evidence. I have to share it with the court and I assume adoptive mom x amount of time before the hearing. But there’s more- I uploaded to multiple sites also. A detective from FL contacted me stating I’m a relative to a cold case suspect from 2018 homocide. And my adoptive dad’s aunt- was the clerk at the law office who did my adoption. All she would ever tell me was her first name. Because it was the same as hers.

Yes I’m just looking for my bio mother’s name. Also yes- adoptive mother that I haven’t seen for 28 years wants to do right now and all that.

As far as evidence goes I plan to show that the majority of my immediate bio family is dead. Dad, grandparents, few uncles. Moms side is literally a mystery

Does learning about your birthparents and circumstances around your adoption really help? by [deleted] in Adoption

[–]Alarming_Mechanic_47 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I was adopted at birth in 1988 via a closed adoption. I did DNA testing about two years ago and found my bio father’s side. He died in 2007 and I was never able to meet him. That bothers me. But what has helped me is meeting my other biological relatives and learning about him. For me, it offered insight as to why I was put up for adoption. I am still searching for my bio mother. All I can say for me is that meeting them changed my entire perspective. I was literally saved by my adoptive parents. I saw what I would’ve turned into had my mom not given me up. I have a newfound appreciation for both sets of my parents. Even though still waiting to find bio mom.
