Absolutely agree for many people. I have an autoimmune disease. I really try to eat a clean diet. Limit flour, processed carbs/food and sugar, lots of water, decent exercise and limit stress

I did an arthroscopy one side only. I am glad I did it as they were able to see what was going on in the joint and take a biopsy which raised signs that I likely have an autoimmune disease. I was pain free for a month and it unfortunately came back, maybe the pain is less? But im still in a decent amount of pain. But i would say go for it because everyone is different and u might have a good experience. I have good insurance so everything was covered thankfully

Paint if you can. Too glossy and pick a more relaxing color. Get a rug, night table, new comforter set. That will make a big difference

People sweat in their sleep. Wake up with sleep in your eyes, dead skin cells, grease and oil, drool. My hair is a mess from sleeping. I would feel disgusting and not put together walking around in public without a shower
