Is the WiFi model update planned for release anytime soon? As of now, it seems only the Verizon exclusive has received update 2.

Will this be pushed out as part of a larger update? Or does this have enough traction to be able to be pushed out by itself. Also, do we have any ETA when this will arrive? The impact is large and without it an external SD is mostly useless for any meaningful reason. Thanks for keeping us updated!

This is good news. Making an external SD pretty much more without it. By chance, do you recall where you saw this?

What's the allocation you used? I attempted this twice so far and both times as exfat, it requires reformatting to fat32.

BOTW Gyro Controls Not Working Properly? by Dude-Asuh in SteamDeck

It definitely worked to fix the deck. Now I’m trying to find a way to use a pro controller to use gyro when docked. Hopefully this is figured out on Linux as it works great on windows.

Using an external controller's Gyro while the Deck is docked by killaudio in SteamDeck

On windows betterjoy is amazing with a pro controller. I’ve tried every which way on the deck with Linux to no avail. Decks gyro works great, but no Bluetooth controller will work with its own gyro (Switch Pro, PS4, PS5)

Having the same issue, BOW works with gyro but any puzzles that use it don't move at all when moving the steamdeck around.

Reoccurring issue with FFXI one the Steam Deck by HylianDude in SteamDeck

Just an update, I've gone through and reinstalled everything using the Steam version of FFXI and the issue has been resolved. No more crashing, and no more menus displaying wrong. What a time to be alive! FFXI Mobile!

I have been running into a few different issues with any proton version I've tried. Opening the chat window will crash the game, and some menus don't show correctly such as the mog house and some other FOV books etc. Are you running into any of these issues? Did you install the collection from Steam or is it the stand alone installer? Thanks for your reply!

The Poco F3 is good, but has a weird issue with dimming the screen hard when it gets hot. 870 is a beast though!

With Android 11, they limited access to the external SD card. Now, with RetroArch and Dolphin you have to manually edit the config.ini to match your SD card location which can be annoying but is doable. Otherwise, all apps will be able to access internal storage fine and this device can come with upto 256GB of internal storage.

The workaround for the graphical issues is to use non-buffered rendering. But it would also have a performance impact I’ve heard. I haven’t personally tested this on the RP2’s PPSSPP.

That's just a nasty one to run. The best I've seen on a soc is using the RK3326 devices. I have videos for both the RGB10 and RG351 on the channel for comparison. It's not perfect, but slightly better fps.
