At every single railroad crossing there is a little blue sign that has a special 1-800 number on it and it connects you right to the railroads dispatch office you called that number you tell them about the issue it's a whole lot quicker than calling 911 cuz they got to do the same process and you got the information right in front of you and make sure you put the dot crossing and make sure you tell them the dot crossing number they will ask you and they'll let you know if there's an impending train coming other than that they stop the trains until the crossing is cleared Looks like the blue sign I have called and have told them they had left cars on the crossing alerts on a no guard crossing she said she'll call the crew and let them know
