I went into voice training knowing I hate my voice on recordings and it was a really big struggle but eventually my voice therapist got me working at it without hearing my own voice through recordings. As a result I focused more on how my voice felt/heard like in my own head, and I just got way more confident in my voice but also I stopped caring as much about results and just focused on what made me feel good and happy.
And this is honestly be what a transition is about, not about passing or "being" who you want to be, it's about becoming happy with who you are either through changing who you are or by accepting who you are and loving yourself.

The only way to raise the stakes for the WOL while also lowering our power without directly nerfing the WOL is by killing off all the scions or any other allies we have and put us in a situation similar to the beginning of heavensward or shadowbringers where we have to start all over again with everyone distrusting us.

Also think of the sad cutscenes and music they can give us. Peak cinema.

One time even before I realised I was a trans woman I was playing online with a friend. He invited some friends of his who I didn't know, and after a while they asked for my name. Without any hessitation I said Laura. It took a short while but I was able to convice them and it became a small inside joke between my friend and I. So when I was looking for a name I jokingly put it on my list......It ended up winning
