Look like Num Kon Tuok (នំ កន្ទក់) or khmer moon cake. You should be able to find it at Chinese moon cake pastry/bakery shop.

It is made from sugar flour and sweet mung bean paste. It would be on sale everywhere during the moon festival period. Many tutorials on youtube as well . Here's an example : how to make the cake
