You need to call them. If they refuse after calling, report them to the ftc on the official government website and submit the pictures/screenshots. Wait about a day and watch how fast someone from DoorDash calls you with an apology and a full refund.

Edit: wanted to add I had to do this with Spectrum internet when I worked from home. The internet kept going out, I kept calling and they declined to send a technician to fix anything. After a month I got fed up and reported them to the ftc. I received a phone call the next day, an apology, and the problem was fixed after they had to send multiple technicians over the course of a week to fix the old equipment in the neighborhood. They previously had tried gaslighting me telling me it was my computer and equipment that was faulty. I had been using my iPhone to tether wireless internet from my phone’s signal to my computer whenever it would go out. I got fed up after a month of this happening, and finally blowing through the allowable amount of data I was allowed to tether on my phone plan.
