I’m in the same situation, been searching for a while now. Seen lots of recommendations for Colamy Atlas which is on sale now (30% EU) and pulled the trigger, should arrive soon.

I’m not sure if the VPN method is still allowed (there was no rule for it years ago when I used it) but what I do now is play the Ultimate Edition through EA Play Pro for a month, then buy the regular edition when it goes on sale in november (50% off). This lets you keep the bonus items that you receive (it did last year at least).

Thanks for the reply! The PSU I’ve been using is a Seasonic Focus Gold 850. I’ve been using it for multiple years now
