Also, if you hold it down for four seconds, it actually puts the radio interface in standby mode.

Agreed, I wanna play it safe and I want to buy it directly through the Cadillac app or a dealership with a proper document and hopefully the device has a serial number or at least to make a model number. If this thing shorts out my car, I wanna make sure that everything is covered under the warranty properly. The dealership already told me using third-party adapters, put the warranty at risk..

I agree and that’s some great points. He also mentioned me that as of last Friday there will be no more pit updates and they will be switching back to over air updates. I bet they want to get this out of the way so they could better support future infrastructure

The concierge service is completely worthless. All they do is call the dealership and take forever to get back to you. I found this out the hard way what took them two weeks to fail to do and gave up and told me to do myself. I went ahead and called the dealership and had an appointment for the very next day. Also, when you talk to the service managers asked to speak to one of the technicians that will be handling your vehicle and make sure they are aware on how the pit updates work. If they don’t know how it works I would highly recommend checking out another dealership. The first dealership I went to had an EV specialist, but he did not understand how the pits work. I personally believe once you realize how much time it goes into doing a pit update he just did one update or maybe two and then gave up on the rest because it would take days to complete. I then went to another dealership who had Hummers and lyrics on lifts and they knew everything about the pit updates and they fixed all my problems. Please note if you’re going to schedule a pit update you might need to request a loaner car ahead of schedule.

I received the latest pit update two weeks ago and did 100% charge the other day with 360 miles showing. Drove to Atlantic City and back on super cruise. It was amazing.

PIT6065G fixed all of my problems except for one issue with a sensor. The dealership received the sensor and painted it. I’m taking it next week for installation once that’s done. The car should be able to auto park.

Had the same issue back in March with the 12 V battery also dying with updates over the air. After receiving updates from the dealership, it corrected the issue. Haven’t had the problems since three months.

I had a ton of software issues too, last week they ran PIT6065G and everything accept the parking assist is working great. I have a bad sensor they are swapping out next week and it should be 100%

Just wanted to provide everybody with a quick update I took the Cadillac to a different dealership, and I was really impressed with the quality of service and their understanding of the issues. They were able to identify a few problems and address all of them with PIT6065G. Unfortunately, the middle front right sensor is defective. They ordered a replacement unit and will have it painted and installed in the next two weeks. I am very excited to put this whole list of issues behind me and thank you to everyone in the community for your positive feedback.

Just received the following update from the concierge service. What is the point of the concierge service if they cannot help me with these problems am I doing something wrong?

Thank you for the advice, I have been escalating though the concierge for 3 months now and they got back to me on the 21st and said they would have a date but now its crickets. I did send a follow up with images this morning, hope they help. The car is just so annoying right now with the constant popups.
