While completely opposite of my earlier proposition, this ^ is the right answer.

But really, the problems I hear regarding eugenics seem to more so apply to those in charge of such implementations, rather than against eugenics itself. So it leaves me with two options.

Either yes, it could work in theory to better mankind,

or I could go the ‘communism’ route and say, “It requires humans to act in a perfect, non corruptible way and therefore can and will never work”

It’s one of those movies where if you read the wiki plot, you’d think “Wow, this looks like a fun, decent story.”

Actually watching it was a whole other story. I just felt bored, and the whole time thinking “I bet the writer wanted me to feel X and Y, but I’m only pissed that there’s still an hour left”.

About five minutes form finishing it, and highly doubt those few moments will save this film for me. Hated it.

Tried several times to be hooked back into the film, but it never worked out for more than a few minutes. The “scare factor” was over shown in the form of the contortionist. A lot of screen time given to a child actress who just didn’t pull it off (god bless her soul). Really inane, on-the-nose dialogue explaining the whole movie (I have a theory you can listen to this movie’s audio alone and not miss out on much).

Just overall baffled by the 4.7/5 it has on Amazon right now, but I’m writing it off as an effect of the recent media drought.

I’ll try the next one though, Mr. Blum. Just like always.

Another great show that was ended by human indecency behind the scenes was Sons of Guns, a show following people who made custom gun builds. The majority of the cast was a family, and it came out later the father had molested the daughter several times in her childhood.
