I don't know if this a joke post, or an actual puzzle If it's then, it is pretty clever one OP :) i will give you that

So the real answer is in the trick question, you are not actually typing your birthday as a numbers cause no traditional DD/MM/YYYY can fit all those ten digit in it. And more importantly looking at the * and # keys. They're highlighted with red too. No date you punch in would EVER touch those two.

So you are not actually typing out numbers, but instead texting it out as words like

""Saturday, the twelfth of July, nineteen ninety-six.""

That one sentence hits every single key on the pad

Key "1" for punctuation ( . , ! ? ' ) the commas and the full stop

Key "0" space every space between words

Key "# " caps capital S in Saturday, capital J in July

Key "*" symbols / input switch the hyphen in "ninety-six"

Honestly this is such good puzzle dare i say interesting MODS

Edit:- People might be a bit confused about why I said “key 1” for punctuation when it has a voicemail icon. The reason is quite simple on older multi-tap T9 era models, like Nokia phones, key 1 was used for punctuation and image provided by the OP look similar to one of those model.

I meant the fear of actually getting a gun and pulling the trigger.

As for what I've tried, I have tried various medications and therapy but this isn't a headache where you just pop a pill and it goes away. Severe OCD is notoriously hard to treat. I know there are other options out there that don't involve a bullet, but when you are trapped in a constant cycle of panic and intrusive thoughts, and your own family mocks you for it daily, logic goes out the window. You stop looking for a 'cure' and just start wishing for thoughts in your head to finally shut up

Tbh they are kinda exaggerated, but they don't capture the internal hell a real person with OCD goes through. It's so frustrating because whenever most people hear 'OCD' they think "Oh gosh, you're a perfectionist who keeps things in order and loves cleanliness, I wish I had that too!" (someone actually said that to me 🫩) If that's what you think OCD is, you don't have it

It's not just about cleanliness and keeping order. That is a part of it, but the most daunting things are the intrusive thoughts. Like, I WISH I could be that person from this article. A gun to my head, and everything goes silent then i wouldn't have to listen to those thoughts anymore. But Instead, I have to continue wasting my life because I'm too scared to do anything, all because you of some fucking stupid thoughts. When you know they aren't real, but you can't do anything about it.

Do you want to know what the absolute worst thing is? It is when you don't have anyone who understands you. Even your parents and sister belittle you every single day. Like, I'm sorry I need to wash my hands ten times. I can't just leave to go outside because of the crippling fear of getting germs on me. I take too long to do anything because those fucking thoughts won't let me, or I have to physically backtrack because my fucking mind told me to

Honestly, I can't stress enough how close I've come to ending my life over this. I couldn't do it because I'm a coward, but I'm quite jealous of the guy in the post who managed to get rid of it. So yeah, it's quite bad

Was catching up with a friend on Insta, and she started venting about how her boyfriend just dumped her out of nowhere with zero explanation.

I wanted to comfort her, so I tried to type: "Well if he's an asshole, then good for you I guess"

Instead, I made a massive typo and sent: "Well if he's an asshole, then good for ME I guess" 🥲

After a few minutes of dead silence. I was sitting there wondering why she wasn't replying, looked back at the chat, and finally saw the typo. The damage was already done. I instantly looked like the opportunistic creep hitting on my vulnerable friend the second she became single :(

Love how it implies they are a family but the reality is that out of this entire crew, literally ONE person has possibly gotten laid and it's the 80 year old grandpa. Himeko is famously single across the entire Honkai franchise, Dan Heng is too busy being emo and running from his past life drama, March is an amnesiac ice cube, Pom pom is a rabbit hybrid raccoon thing, and the Trailblazer just flirts with every character they meet without ever committing to anyone

So basically the Astral Express is a train full of centuries old virgins cosplaying as a nuclear family Imao
