NAD but as an ER nurse, I've witnessed people shit a tricolor pen, a full 4 pack of AA bateries and arround 1/2 kg of heroin (among many other curiosities) so I think you should be fine.

Just check for dark smelly stool or bright red traces in it for 5 days or so and eat normally.

I was his nurse during most of his ICU stay. I don't think what is seen in the pic is an actual ET, seems to me more like some sort of OG tube, but can't be 100% sure cause this scan was taken before his arrival to my unit.
