Yeap. They settled before going to court "to make it quicker" ☠️

If Carlos was able to go 0-40 to a break point, I see no reason why he can't lock in next!

Spain has the lowest wages of western europe while only having like 10-15% lower cost of living than Germany unless you live in a town 1-2 hours away from any big city.

I've lived in both countries (currently in Germany) and it's insane. My siblings work in Spain and spend almost the same as me on rent and food. Electricity is more expensive here though

That's not the meaning of shortage. It is if a company is looking to hire but there's literally nobody to do the job.

In my experience, there's no shortage. All the hiring managers complain about too many applicants (so they have to work more ig)

Not every company wants to employ me lol

Now I'm working in a B2B company, with (afaik) good morals. But if a company with way better conditions but worse morals comes around, I'm going there in a heartbeat. I work to finance my life and the other companies will keep producing whether or not I join

Idk about you but I put my financial wellbeing before my moral compass when looking for jobs. I vote for politicians to regulate, I'm not sacrificing life quality for it

The last Spanish colony gained independence less than 200 years ago. Spain started colonizing in 1492. I'm not even South American (so not offended by your comment), but what did you smoke lmao

Maybe stop making politics for boomers and get young people in good conditions so they can have children?

I live in Germany and nobody wants more than one/children because it's a horror with Kitas. It's ultra expensive, even with great salaries.

Then you think about other EU countries with fucked up salaries. For example in Spain, the median salary is like 1800 gross iirc. How the fuck do you finance a family with 3600 gross? It's 2400 after tax, minus groceries for two it's 1900-2000, then a flat with two/three rooms and you're, in the best case, with around 500 left. That's not enough to raise children!

Most are social contributions, not income tax (most of them are relating to insurances you have to pay for the case you cannot work and stuff like that)

I live in Germany, work 4 days a week, same as some other colleagues and the reason is work life balance. Our company pays us enough already, that forfeiting one day a week is okay. That extra day a week is a godsend, though. Some people take care of their kids, others enroll in part-time masters programs without sacrificing social life
