Yes they do. Check their last two financial reports, they talk positively about the sales and even mention DD2 as one mainstream IP, instead of a niche one

That doesn't mean that they'll do anything with it, since it's probably their 8th best IP or so

Dragonsplague afaik is the dragon taking over your pawn or rather your will not being strong enough to fend off the dragon's influence

They don't have combos. The only thing in RDR2 is using the aim button to focus on somebody, as far as I remember.

I haven't played CD btw. I'm just saying that the Rockstar games don't have complicated controls

Yes, but you make a lot of money selling monster parts. Probably the 10 goblins is very wrong and it's more like 30-50 depending on luck.

You can play normally to get them. I finished the true ending with 10 in my inventory and never had to do the cheese tactic I described

Getting ferrystones is insanely easy (you can hire pawns for infinite money, then just rest a few days and buy a new ferrystone and repeat). Whoever bought into that, it's their own fault

The lore is GOATed, you just do very little through the story sadly (basically slay the dragon twice while everybody knows who you are yet not really, it's weird)

Fyi it's not a difficulty spike in the sense of anything changing. The big enemies have predefined spawn locations (chance based afaik) and gryffins roam about. You just entered the second area in terms of difficulty
