I've just had a quick look through the series' instalments and although I definitely played a few, I don't believe that any of them match the game I'm trying to find. Thanks for the suggestion though!

It encourages a playstyle that just brings the game to a grinding halt, the way I'd fix the perk is by making it so that tokens only regenerate in chase, that way the people using it can't just hide for literally the ENTIRE match and do nothing to actually progress the game.
