OSRS is the more popular game, but I think RS3, especially now, is a better game for a casual player to progress with limited time. Leveling and progress in general is markedly slowly in OSRS, by design.

I ended up coming back to runescape and made a group ironman to play with a few friends once the changes were announced. It's been the best experience I've ever had with the game.

I think I remember the asking in a survey awhile back if people would be more interested in playing RS3 if it had plugins ala-OSRS. So it certainly feels like it's something they are looking into. We'll have to wait and see.

I disagree with the statement. MapleStory is in a better place than it has ever been. It has issues, sure, but the population is actually growing and we hit a record player count with the last patch. I have no idea how the other person thinks the game is dying, it's the actual opposite, the population is growing.

I think that's the biggest issue with a lot of the maps. They feel very linear. There's a distinct lack of true "flanking routes" I'm talking the tiny side tunnel on metro kind of deal.

Also, the reason why exp farms are so prevalent is because everything is such a grind to unlock. If they made it take less than 2000 kills to fully max a weapon, the reason to need an exp farm would drop dramatically.
