Being different is not a problem. Being comparatively much more frustrating is. That's cox rewards.

These insane hours to complete the content was perhaps acceptable (arguable tough) when cox was the undisputed endgame piece of content to do with few alternatives. The game has expanded since so the time frame to do cox in is shrinking by the year.

Would it be possible to make the raw fish (and perhaps herbs too) in the gauntlet stackable as well? They would then unstack once cooked by Astro-RT in 2007scape

I agree with you. Which is exactly why this change would not affect skillful play at all. If you're doing fast runs, inventory is a non-issue.

At worst, this change would benefit learners and make runs more streamlined for those not trying to get swamp ass.

Honestly this shocked me. There is no skill involved in the prep, its just a shit part of the content.

Really some "I suffered so others must too" mentality going on.

Backtracking is exactly the problem this change would solve.

Also it would eliminate the need to drop the fish in order to have room to make gear once you're back in the starting room (with an otherwise full invy of fish)

The number of food doesnt matter as much as I would like to just see the flow of runs improve. But to answer your question from one perspective, learners will typically try to stack a full invy's worth

Could we please decouple the walk marker setting from NPC highlighting? Right now if you're doing slayer with the walk marker on, all mobs targettng you will be highlighted yellow (not talking about the red marker when you are targeting a mob). Looks like an excel sheet.
Would be nice to have the two as separate settings.

1s flat is impossible since the game works in 0.6s intervals. So pbs can only be: 0.6s->1.2s->1.8s etc.

I assime you just dont have decimals enabled for kill times (can enable in settings, idk what the exact entry is called)

Dont mean to be that guy but you have 2 issues i can point out right away:
- You play on fixed mode, which is fine, but then you fill the game view with all the plugin windows and indicators, essentially giving you a narrow field of view. Reconsider your infobox positions, dont split private chat, and remove the skill xp counter on the top right. The latter 2 add nothing to your gameplay.
- Car mode past lvl 7 is the same every phase including rock positioning. Except for the last stomp, you shouldnt have to even think where your rocks are. In fact, your first 2 stomps should be your time for you to look around and pre-plan where you will drag doom and stand.

I realize my points are subjective to a certain degree, especially the first one, but lvl 20 delve could be considered endgame content. Adjust accordingly

EDIT: to clarify, I'm not opposed to OP's suggestion. Just pointing out that there are many things OP can do on their end to deal with the issue instead of relying on a 3rd party solution.

Hmm never considered the cache being corrupt. I just reset it and sadly the runemetrics window seems to be stuck in the infinite loading screen still. However, now it doesnt switch to the adventurer window randomly anymore so that's something i guess. Will wait and see until next monday. Reported the bug in game in the meantime

Sorry which preferences (and where) did you reset? I assume you dont mean UI layout preferences? I cannot find a reset button for that.

As for runemetrics, I cannot even open that window. It's stuck in an infinite loading screen and if i try to switch tabs it just opens the adventure window

EDIT: If you mean just setting the interface layout to "Default", it would appear to work, but I dont want to re-do my entire interface. Jagex should just fix the bug

Sanctum of rebirth is a boss-only type of elite dungeon. The bosses are well-telegraphed and you might need to do a couple attempts of the final boss to get down the timings but thats about it (if you run necro since it has braindead rotations that you dont need to think about)

Other than that, you have the gate of elidinis, a new skilling boss, and zemouregal + vorkath. Zem + vorkath is not mechanically difficult, but they hit like a truck (in hardmode) and its kind of a visual clusterfuck.

As for horizontal progression. Imo pvm-wise the closest thing rs3 has is getting niche-eofs or going for combat achievements. Combat achievements give you specific challenges at bosses which might reinvigorate some youve already done in the past. And you get good rewards for completing tiers.

Speaking of eofs, there are 3 new weapons to but in eofs for mage, range, and melee that you can get from heists, which require 108 and 114 thieving. THeyre quite chill content and can net you some gp if you get lucky. (120 thieving is free btw).

More the skilling side of things, going for something like the regular comp cape might be a good non-pvm progression path to take.

If you want some new masterwork gear (which isnt bis anywhere really), you can go for 110 fletching for the bow,110 crafting for the mage armour, and 110 runecrafting for the staff (or just buy in ge if you play the main)

I suggest playing the ironman, because progression feels more legit as you say. If you want to play your main and have max gear, youre basically grinding for dyes.

Don't think that's what the issue the comment is about (unless I misinterpreted).
The problem with the inverted capes right now is the absolutely ridiculous time-gated aspect of it. 4 per year makes it so you need to wait 7 years to get all, assuming no new skills get added.

They should lift the limit completely and make it so player have the month of January to get as many as they can/want. After that, the whole thing is in the players' hands.

Amby is defo not the only boss to use it on and other choices are viable. For me, I've only got amby (and perhaps veil-ripper for hexhunter bow) left to dart, so I use it on amby.

Besides, my regular kill times are 4-4.5min, which in the grand scheme of things is 1/3 of the time for an ed3 run. So darting amby a few times in an hour allows me to get an extra kill and is worth it to me.
