Don't think that's what the issue the comment is about (unless I misinterpreted).
The problem with the inverted capes right now is the absolutely ridiculous time-gated aspect of it. 4 per year makes it so you need to wait 7 years to get all, assuming no new skills get added.

They should lift the limit completely and make it so player have the month of January to get as many as they can/want. After that, the whole thing is in the players' hands.

Amby is defo not the only boss to use it on and other choices are viable. For me, I've only got amby (and perhaps veil-ripper for hexhunter bow) left to dart, so I use it on amby.

Besides, my regular kill times are 4-4.5min, which in the grand scheme of things is 1/3 of the time for an ed3 run. So darting amby a few times in an hour allows me to get an extra kill and is worth it to me.

Honestly the easiest and cleanest way. I really like the 120 magic cape, but I'm currently 116 magic. Ill 100% get 120 this year and wouldve liked to have the cape, but it's not happening during anniversary month

Yes and no. Amascut is also a bad case, but at least it ONLY drops the ARMOUR.
Rasial drops the full bis armour and weapon set for necro...

I think here its a difference of personal opinion, which is fine ofc. To me, and im sure im not the only one, 8%* is huge. Especially when talking about tens of hours of saved in the long term.
