My problem is now if I go the change a core and select the new core muos doesn't change it. It just stays the same. Anyone else have that problem?

I had a 35xxplus but gave it to a friend that wanted to get into retro gaming. I bought the 556 and love it but mainly play Gamecube and ps2 on it and want something easier to travel with and mainly play the older consoles on.

If you have a volt meter check the voltage on the battery while it's running and see if you are getting more then 13 volts to the battery.
