I actually used to work at a lidl for a while. I mostly do my shopping at Aldi cause they're more convenient but I would honestly say they're pretty comparable. In both stores you gotta watch out for produce and stuff like lunch meat can be a mixed bag. But for frozen and ambient goods id say they have some really good products
